What You'll Do:
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure safety and reliability
- Follow production plans to meet customer requirements and deadlines
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and support continuous improvement efforts
- Work both independently and as part of a team to achieve production goals
- Maintain professionalism and contribute to a positive team environment
- Assist with cost-reduction and process improvement initiatives.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, production, or process technician roles
What Sets you apart:
- Experience within an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Microsoft Office proficient (Excel/Word)
- Detail-oriented with strong mechanical aptitude
Additional Information:
- Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check.
- Must be able available to work occasional weekend shift (be available for service support on a 24-hour basis, including weekends) depending on business needs and be able to stand for an extended period of time
