Job Title: Administrative Assistant -Purchase Requisitions
Location: Los Angeles, CA - Onsite
Employment Type: 6-month contract with possible opportunity for permanent hire

Schedule:
- 40-hours per week, not much overtime opportunity
- M-F, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM

What You'll Do:
- Subcontractor management, including onboarding (e.g., support with adding vendors onto panel to the procurement database) and communication.
- Handling purchase requisition processes and documentation
- Tracking subcontractor statuses to gather supporting documentation required for invoicing
- Other related duties may be assigned.
