What You'll Do:
- Develop and maintain middleware, automation frameworks, and integration solutions using Java, Python, and AWS
- Collaborate in Agile environments, contributing to sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance system performance through scalable solutions
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines and integration workflows
- Mentor team members and lead technical initiatives to drive best practices
Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or related field OR 6+ years of experience with a Master's degree
- 6+ years of experience in software development using Java, Python, and SQL, plus tools such as Git, AWS CLI, and Splunk
- 5+ years of experience working in Agile environments and implementing CI/CD pipelines
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- Experience with AI/ML models and modern data-driven solutions
- Knowledge of REST services and integration tools such as WRS APIs
- Proven ability to lead projects, mentor teams, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder alignment skills
