About the Opportunity:
We are seeking someone with experience providing top notch customer service troubleshooting computer issues, and offering technical support. This role will be handling infrastructure support (touch labor support for network, telecom, print, server), computer break/fix, and troubleshooting in an in-person setting.

What You'll Do:
- Demonstrates professional desktop support history with a variety of platforms/systems/applications and tools.
- Desktop expertise with all aspects of computer functionality, system operation, and infrastructure
- Operating system expertise with Windows
- Perform a variety of duties in support of end users for IT hardware and/or software.
- Set up and configure PC's
- Image loading protocol
- LAN/NETWORK connectivity, and basic network connectivity assessment for troubleshooting or setups
- Strong ICMS (Install, configuration, move, surplus), and network experience
- Evaluates and tests software programs to verify functionality according to specifications and standards
- Demonstrates excellent customer service
- Extensive job-related MS Office suite and outlook usage
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with technical experience consisting of hardware repair
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with technical experience consisting of operation systems such as Windows
- Minimum of 3 years of experience providing technical support in an in-person setting
What Sets You Apart:
- Prior experience with MacOS and Unix/Linux
Additional Information:
- Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen
- Possible lifting may be required up to 50 lbs.
- Successful candidate must be able to obtain and maintain security clearance.
