Location: Scottsdale, AZ | Compensation: $40/hour

What You'll Do:
- Develop and monitor monthly production schedules to support manufacturing goals
- Build and manage complex material structures using planning tools
- Identify and implement process flow improvements for greater efficiency
- Prepare labor and material forecasts to support project planning
- Collaborate with supply chain teams and suppliers to resolve delivery challenges
Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree + 2+ years of relevant experience
- 2+ years of experience in manufacturing planning, material planning, or production scheduling
- 2+ years of experience working with bill of materials (BOM) concepts and material planning tools
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members
- Knowledge of earned value management or product costing
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Dedication to continuous learning and professional development
