Floor Assembly Operator

Location: Rockford, TN
Employment Type: Temporary (8 months) - High potential to convert to full-time
Schedule: 6:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday - Thursday (some Fridays required)
Pay: $19.00 Hourly

What You'll Be Doing:

Perform semi-complex tasks in your area of specialization with moderate independence.
Monitor processes and quickly identify deviations or inefficiencies.
Take initiative to address routine manufacturing issues using standard procedures.
Escalate more complex problems to higher-level personnel when necessary.
Contribute to a safe, efficient, and high-performing production floor.

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

High School Diploma or GED.
3 years of experience in manufacturing and assembly.

What Sets You Apart:

Advanced skills such as soldering, testing, rework.
Specialized skill training/certification may be needed.
Demonstrates basic knowledge of a specialty area.
