Acara Solutions and our client in Scottsdale, AZ have a contract-to-hire position available
Manufacturing/Production Operators
2nd shift
$20.88 per hour plus 10% shift differential and overtime

What You'll Do:
- Perform assembly operations on electronic and mechanical components and subassemblies
- Follow detailed instructions for wiring, soldering, and cable harnessing
- Use hand tools, torque tools, and basic production equipment
- Ensure all work meets quality and compliance standards
- Support both repetitive and non-repetitive production tasks
Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ years of experience using hand tools, soldering irons, or light industrial equipment
- 1+ years of experience in manufacturing, production, or assembly environments
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
- Commitment to learning and professional development
- Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach
