- The Assembly Integration and Test Focus Factory of the client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented entry-level manufacturing engineer to join our team.
- This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about assembly integration and testing of low-volume, high-precision products.
- The selected candidate will work both independently and collaboratively to review, plan, integrate, and test unique opto-mechanical and thermoelectric products in a low-volume setting.

What You'll Do:
- Perform tasks in a manufacturing and prototyping environment.
- Review and provide feedback on electro-mechanical and opto-mechanical drawings and designs.
- Translate drawing requirements into detailed work instructions for the assembly, integration, and testing of complex end-products.
- Coordinate with various disciplines to ensure program schedule milestones are met.
- Own product schedule development - coordinate across disciplines to ensure agreement amongst stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot issues individually and collaboratively to find quick and safe solutions that minimize schedule delays.
- Balance multiple projects and priorities and communicate clearly to operations leadership.
- Maintain accurate records and manufacturing documentation.
- Adhere to established policies, procedures, and proper labor charging practices.
