Job Title: Quality Inspector

Compensation: $20-26/hr, depending on experience level
Schedule: Day and night shifts available, 12 hour shifts. Training schedule is 1-2 weeks on a M-F day shift, before moving to the 12 hour production schedule.
Position Summary:
The Quality Inspector supports our Client's manufacturing quality operations by assisting with inspection activities, production documentation review, and compliance with quality standards across the solar production floor. This role helps ensure materials and finished products meet company specifications and traceability requirements.

What You'll Do:
- Assist with visual inspections of raw materials, work-in-process (WIP), and finished solar components
- Verify production travelers and manufacturing documentation for completeness
- and accuracy
- Support labeling verification and product traceability checks
- Record inspection results in quality tracking systems or spreadsheets
- Identify and report defects, inconsistencies, or documentation gaps to supervisors
- Support containment activities for nonconforming materials
- Assist with staging and segregation of inspected materials
- Maintain accurate inspection logs and quality records
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality work instructions
- Maintain clean and organized inspection areas
- Support general production-floor quality compliance activities
- Follow all safety and PPE requirements
