Position Summary:
The General Labor – Production Associate supports manufacturing operations by assisting with production line activities, material staging, inspection support, packaging, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. This role helps ensure efficient production flow and adherence to quality standards within a fast-paced manufacturing facility.

What You'll Do:
- Support daily production line operations under supervision
- Load and unload materials and components onto production equipment
- Assist operators with staging parts, tools, and packaging materials
- Perform basic visual inspections of materials and finished products
- Package, label, and palletize finished solar components
- Maintain production documentation as required
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work areas (5S practices)
- Support movement of materials between production areas as needed
- Report equipment issues, material shortages, or quality concerns to supervisors
- Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
Job Requirements
What you'll Bring
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to lift up to 40-50lbs as needed
- Minimum 1 years of experience in a manufacturing environment

- Previous experience in a solar manufacturing environment
- Exposure to solar, semiconductor, electronics, or technical manufacturing environments
- Basic computer skills for production tracking or documentation entry
