About the Opportunity:
- Operate and monitor tools used in the production of MCP (Multi-Chip Packages).
- Ensure adherence to cleanroom protocols, including wearing appropriate PPE (e.g., bunny suit).
- Maintain product quality by performing visual inspections and following documented procedures.
- Identify and address non-conforming parts according to established guidelines.
- Meet production targets while maintaining high-quality standards.

What You'll Do:
- Set up machines, operate them efficiently, and perform minor preventive maintenance.
- Use hand tools, microscopes, and manufacturing equipment for product assembly.
- Accurately input and manage product movement data using electronic systems.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and technical drawings to ensure precision and compliance.
- Work consistently within a cleanroom environment, ensuring contamination control.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 4+ years of experience in a manufacturing or cleanroom environment
- 4+ years of experience with quality inspection or precision assembly
What Sets You Apart:
- Associate Degree.
- Close attention to detail and quality.
- Experience handing small products/microchips (part is no larger than a quarter in diameter).
- Have good computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry, email)
- Ability to work alone and with others in a team environment under minimal supervision to accomplish department goals.
- Have good problem solving, analytical skills, adaptability, and flexibility.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to read drawings/blueprints/work instructions.
- Be able to clearly read and write in English.
- Good communication skills.
- Teamwork oriented.
- Ability to work with little or no supervision.
- Ability to make quality decisions quickly.
- Good historical attendance record with minimal unscheduled call offs
- Self-driven to complete goals and tasks as needed
- Patience.
Additional Information:
- Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check.
- Ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time.
- Able to lift arms to shoulder height to load the tool
- Ability to lift 3-5 lbs. and complete repetitive tasks
