Schedule: 40 hours/ week (1st or 2nd Shift)
About the Opportunity:
- For this role, you will float between SMT, Post Wave, and Assembly.
- Assemble chassis, racks, and other final assembly hardware, and install finished assemblies or subassemblies in them.
- Operate equipment and tools relative to accomplishing assembly, stuffing, and prep of prefabricated electronic assemblies and other electromechanical components.
- Adjust or trim materials or hardware to achieve specified electrical or dimensional characteristics.

What You'll Do:
- Performs a wide variety of electronic, electro-mechanical, mechanical, or measurement product assembly operations on product components, assemblies, or sub-assemblies.
- Determines and follows methods and sequences of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering, cable harnessing, welding, and fitting on assembly units.
- SMT Machine Operators are responsible for the setup, changeover, operation, and daily maintenance of complex SMT equipment and all associated tooling.
- SMT Machine Operators may also perform SMT Kitting and Assembler/Tester functions, including, but not limited to, assembling parts, prepping parts, various assembly testing, soldering, loading/unloading SMT feeders, and part counting/estimating.
- Follow instructions on lot travelers, operation instructions, engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and sample assemblies, and follow verbal instructions to determine specific duties relative to assembly.
