What You'll Do:
- Maintain a consistent and uninterrupted production flow by proactively coordinating materials, tools, and workflow needs
- Monitor and support time-sensitive operations to ensure production schedules are met
- Supply raw materials and components to workstations while moving finished goods and removing waste
- Follow standardized processes to ensure operational continuity and quality outcomes
- Communicate updates, including production counts and potential issues, to supervisors and team members

Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in MS Office Suite
What Sets You Apart:
- Comfortable learning/using computer software
- Associate degree
- Experience in electronics or a manufacturing environment, preferably within a lean setting
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Strong time management skills with the ability to meet tight production schedules
- Physically able to remain on your feet for extended periods and lift/move materials as needed
- Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively across diverse teams
- Detail-oriented with the ability to understand, monitor, and support end-to-end production flow
- Strong situational awareness with the ability to identify and communicate workflow issues or bottlenecks quickly
Additional Information:
- Candidate must be willing to be on their feet and walk throughout the facility 90% of the shift.
- Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen
- Willingness to work flexible hours as necessary.
