Advanced Engineering Technician (3rd Shift)
Location: Scottsdale, AZ | Type: Contract-to-direct hire | Compensation: $33.92 an hour plus 15% shift differential

What You'll Do:
- Support engineering activities including design, testing, fabrication, and assembly of electro-mechanical systems
- Interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and diagrams to build and modify hardware
- Troubleshoot, calibrate, and test complex tools, equipment, and systems
- Conduct experiments, analyze data, and document results to improve processes
- Design and build tooling and fixtures to support unique engineering tasks

Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
- Associate's degree + 3+ years of engineering technician or related experience
- 3+ years of experience working with fabrication tools and complex hardware systems
