What You'll Do:
- Schedule phone, virtual, and in-person interviews across multiple departments and time zones
- Communicate regularly with candidates and hiring managers to keep processes moving efficiently
- Manage and update candidate records, statuses, and recruitment metrics in the ATS
- Support onboarding by preparing offer letters, coordinating background checks, and managing new hire documentation
- Assist with job postings, resume screening, and sourcing efforts as needed.
