Compensation: $23.00 - $26.00 /hr.
Schedule: 4/10 hrs/Week. - (1st shift)
About the Opportunity:
- The primary responsibility is performing touch‑up soldering and visual inspection of SMT assemblies to ensure conformance with quality standards and customer specifications.
- Performs a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations on electronic or mechanical assemblies and subassemblies such as modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables.

What You'll Do:
- Works from diagrams and drawings, makes initial layouts, and uses hand and power tools.
- Makes continuity checks on work in process and completed.
- Conduct quality inspections on the processing line in accordance with quality specifications.
- Disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test experimental or prototype assemblies and subassemblies according to specifications and under simulated conditions.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 2+ years of experience in working with (SMT) touch-up after solder re-flow.
What Sets You Apart:
- Seeking a detail‑oriented technician with strong soldering skills to join our Surface‑Mount Technology (SMT) production line.
- Ability to identify solder defects with the use of a microscope and other equipment, such as AOI.
- Able to read/write English.
- Blueprint Reading.

- Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check.
