What You'll Do:

  • Inspect, audit, and maintain lab areas to ensure safety and protection of intellectual property
  • Manage inventory, including stocking and dispensing materials to lab users
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies using root cause analysis
  • Partner with project managers and cross-functional teams to improve lab processes and reduce variances
  • Gather feedback from lab users to enhance services and operational efficiency
 
Job Requirements

 

What You'll Bring:

  • High School Diploma or GED completion
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience in a lab, manufacturing, or technical environment
  • 1+ years of experience in inventory management, auditing, or materials handling
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and communicate professionally in a team setting

What Sets You Apart:

  • Experience supporting R&D or semiconductor lab environments
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Comfort working long hours on your feet and lifting up to 30 lbs

Additional Information:

  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check.
  • Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs regularly
