What You'll Do:
- Assemble small components, including wiring, bonding, and epoxy application
- Operate torque tools and production equipment to complete assembly processes
- Follow established procedures, perform basic setups, and make adjustments as needed
- Collaborate with team members and communicate progress or issues to supervisors.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of experience with Torque assembly
What Sets You Apart:
- Computer literate.
- Ability to navigate a computer's different software.
- Demonstrated proficiency at completing 1-3 different operations within a work cell
- Ability to work with small parts
- Good communication skills
- Problem Solving
- Teamwork
- Strong Attention to detail.
