Employment: Temp (12 months)

Compensation: $19.50/hr.+10% shift differential
Schedule: 9/80 Reg - 2nd shift
About the Opportunity:
- Responsible for performing a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations which may include skilled hand work or utilizing automated production equipment.
- Comprehends and interprets a variety of technical specifications, terms and documents. Determines or follows methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering and cable harnessing on assembly units.
- Makes setups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications.

What You'll Do:
- Entry-level support individual contributor.
- Work is closely supervised.

Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1+ years of J-Standard soldering experience.
What Sets You Apart:
- Associate Degree.
- Experience handing small products/microchips (part is no larger than a quarter in diameter).
- Good hand/eye coordination - manual dexterity is needed as will be working with glass products.
- Close attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to perform basic functions on a PC/Microsoft office.
- Good communication skills.
- Teamwork oriented.
- Ability to work with little or no supervision if needed.
- Ability to make quality decisions quickly.
- Patience.

- Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check.

- A combination of sitting/standing for extended periods of time.
- Able to lift arms shoulder height to load the tool.
