What You'll Do:
- Follow detailed work instructions, safety rules, and operational procedures
- Conduct basic testing by loading units, running programs, and evaluating pass/fail results
- Perform visual inspections, functional testing, and cleaning at defined intervals
- Record accurate data and report any deviations from standards for review
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Use adhesives such as RTV and epoxy in assembly processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of experience in assembly with smaller parts.
What Sets You Apart:
- Ability to read and follow work instructions - On a screen/monitor.
- Demonstrated proficiency in completing 1-3 different operations within a work cell.
- Building models, Legos, jewelry.
- Good communication skills

Additional Information:
- Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check.
- Ability to lift 5-10 lbs, routinely.
- Heaviest lift 32lbs
