What You'll Bring:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience in soldering with certification
What Sets You Apart:
- Ability to perform these operations using units of weight, measurement, volume, and distance
- Ability to work with RTV, epoxy, and other bonds/adhesives
- Current or recent IPC J-STD-001 Solder certification required with entry-level soldering
- Teamwork - Exhibits objectivity and openness to others' views; contributes to building a positive team spirit; accepts feedback from others; asks for and offers help when needed
- Demonstrates ethical and professional behavior in accordance with company values
