Required Skills / Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a related technical/business role.
- 5+ years of experience developing business requirements, including project initiation documentation, success criteria, and quality measures.
- 5+ years of experience developing functional requirements that define system, process, or product capabilities.
- 5+ years of experience gathering and translating user/stakeholder requirements into actionable deliverables.
- 3–5+ years of experience developing non-functional requirements (performance, scalability, security, and usability).
- 3–5+ years of experience creating performance reports, including defining report purpose, structure, and data elements.
- 3–5+ years of experience developing and maintaining Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTMs).
- 3–5+ years of experience facilitating workshops and leading requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders.
- 3–5+ years of experience mapping workflows and creating visual representations of complex business processes.
- 3–5+ years of experience working within the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and various development methodologies.
- 3–5+ years of experience applying project management principles and supporting project delivery.
- 5+ years of experience utilizing strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills in a professional setting.
- 5+ years of experience demonstrating effective written and verbal communication skills, including presenting solutions to stakeholders.
- 3–5+ years of experience working cross-functionally with technical and business teams.
- 3–5+ years of experience using Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, Project, and Visio.
- 3–5+ years of experience managing multiple priorities, meeting deadlines, and adapting in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- Industry certifications such as IIBA or CBAP.
- Experience working in healthcare or regulated environments.
- Advanced experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
- Experience supporting enterprise-level system implementations or integrations.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive consensus across teams.
- Experience working in high-performing, fast-paced environments with competing priorities.
