Description

Acara Solutions is looking for a Accounting Services Specialist II - AP for our client located in Highland Hills, OH

  • For this position account reconciling, researching, and balancing.  
  • Reviews appropriate reports for payment application or posting issues, corrects according to procedures
  • Manages retrieval of data needed to complete posting of transactions
  • Maintains records and logs of transactions as needed
  • Completes processing of daily transactions, approval of daily transactions, and balancing of daily transactions
  • Evaluates transactions and alerts appropriate members of management of potential losses, fraud, or discrepancies
  • Assists with special projects
  • Other duties as assigned.

Pay and Benefits:

  • The Salary for this position is between $15.85 and $27.00 per hour (Max Pay rate).
 
Job Requirements

 
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in Accounting and reconciling
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in Microsoft Office
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in Excel

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Basic understanding of debits, credits, and balance sheets is needed.
  • Attention to Detail

Additional Information:

  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen
