Acara Solutions is looking for a Flight Test/Software Engineer for our client located in Sunnyvale, CA

  • Payload Flight Software Test Engineer
  • Embedded software test development using MBSE model development.
  • Agile development using Jira or similar tool.

Pay and Benefits:

  • The Salary for this position is $52.53 per hour (Max Pay rate).
Job Requirements

Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of 6 years' Experience in embedded software test development using MBSE model development
  • Minimum of 6 years' Experience in Python development
  • Minimum of 6 years' Experience in IBM DOORS, Cameo System Modeler (SysML/UML), Git/GitLab (or similar configuration management tool)

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with Cameo Systems Modeler (SysML/UML), IBM DOORS, IBM Rhapsody and Jira
  • Familiarity working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Familiarity with software testing
  • Familiarity with satellite systems
  • Familiarity with STARS / EZ-Framework
