Description
Acara Solutions is seeking an Inside Sales Support Specialist for our client located in Plainview, NY! In this role, you will support the outside sales force to implement sales plans as developed for specific territory, region, and country.
Type: Direct Placement
Pay: $50K+/year **Depending on experience
Hours: M-F 1st shift **Onsite

Job Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Manage leads including; uploading into salesforce, direct mailing and emails as needed, contacting leads to qualify, assist in closing leads, and logging all activity.
- Identify opportunities to sell product in targeted markets.
- Communicate daily activity.
- Support outside sales force territories as assigned.
- Manage communication with customers and end-users.
- Answer inquiries from Dealers & Customers in a timely manner.
- Work directly with the Customer Service team and assist with order entry as needed.
- Support Accounts Receivable with assigned customers.
Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
- High School Diploma.
- 1+ year inside sales/customer service experience.
- Experience cold calling and reaching out to leads.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- College Degree or some College course work in Business completed.
