Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work onsite with our client in Melbourne, FL. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • Aligns material and assembles parts to build more complex units using hand and power tools.
  • Series production and adjustments of non-complex parts.
  • Review engineering drawings and work instructions to understand how to properly build to the highest quality.
  • Inspects parts with measuring tools while following Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP)
  • Complies with safety, security, and quality management system requirements to ensure quality and timely customer delivery.
  • Other related duties as assigned


Here's what you'll get: 

  • $16/hr
  • Hours: 40 Hours/Week, 1st Shift , M-F 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
  • Length: Contract to Direct

Job Requirements

 
Here's what requirements you'll need:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in assembling products for release to customers by internal and external quality requirements.

Here's what sets you apart from other candidates that our clients prefer:
  • Aerospace or similar manufacturing background
  • Good understanding of quality control principles and AS9100 standards.
  • Be reliable with time management.
  • Basic Knowledge of engineering drawings.
  • Mechanically inclined. 
  • Be able to use general tools such as wrenches, and screwdrivers.
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Be able to work independently and be proactive.
  • Able to work in a team environment, this is a major part of our operation.
  • Be able to multitask.


Additional Information:

  • Ability to lift 30-40 lbs
  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen
