Description
Acara Solutions is seeking an Order Entry Coordinator for our client, a reputable and established plastics supplier located in Depew NY.
Salary for this position is up to $53k/year DOE
100% onsite, 8:00AM-4:30PM
As the Order Entry Coordinator you will be required to collaborate with multiple internal departments including sales, accounting, warehouse and inventory. This position reports into the CFO. All orders to be entered will come directly from the sales team. You will manage the shipping and logistics process for orders coming out of our clients Nashville and Salt Lake City warehouses.
- Entering customer orders into Sage 100
- Setting up blanket orders and new customers within Sage 100
- Obtaining applicable freight rates and, when necessary, arranging for carrier pickup
- Processing document and commercial invoices when needed
- Assembling shipping paperwork
- Invoicing customer orders subsequent to shipment
- Processing customer returns and credits with Sage 100
- Warehouse stock transfer processing
- Customer credit card processing
- Customer credit assessment and allowance
- Customer collections
Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
- HS Diploma
- Minimum 2 years" experience in a customer service, inside sales support or order entry position
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- Accounting experience preferred (invoicing, credit card processing, collections)
- Familiarity with shipping, logistics and warehousing preferred
- Sage 100 experience preferred
