Description
Acara Solutions is seeking a Sr. Product Design Engineer to join our client on a Full Time Direct Hire opportunity located in Haverhill MA

This will be an onsite role -- but the client acknowledges/understands and will be flexible for all life events
- The Sr. Product Design Engineer will be a member of the Product Introduction team
- The Sr. Product Design Engineer will lead the team in the design, analysis, testing, and validation - through the full Product Life Cycle, from concept through initial sale as well as service
- Will involve developing and implementing innovative solutions, leading the product design development process, and working on a cross-functional team to deliver projects on-time.
Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
- BSME
- 5 yrs. minimum experience as a Product Design Engineer in an Industrial Manufacturing environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience in leading Design Development projects in Industrial Products with OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturer)
- Experience with GD&T, CAD Modeling, Material Selection, and Manufacturing Processes
- Experience in Conceptual Designs, Prototyping, and Functional Testing on Industrial Products like Pump, Refrigerators, or Compressors
- Expertise with the Developing and executing Design Verification Test Methodologies at component and system level as well as Statistical Data Analysis for such tests
