Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work Onsite with our Client in Alpharetta, GA. Interested?

 Here's what you'd do:

  • Responsible for managing Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO) orders and coordinating with the repair team to meet customer requirements and on-time delivery goals. 
  • Contribute to the achievement of departmental goals and operating plans. 
  • Analyze processes, identify problems, and develop recommendations for improvement to meet customer requirements. 
  • Work closely with Customers, Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Program Management, Contracts, Finance, and Business Development team members. 
  • Analyze data from multiple sources for trends and predictive conclusions, providing insight for planning and forecasting decisions. 
  • Complete routine report-outs for orders, revenue, operating income, and other performance metrics. 
  • Participate in the development of business intelligence tools.
  • Repair order management in alignment with manufacturing procedures and work instructions
  • Customer communications for sales, order management, material management, scheduling, and order fulfillment
  • Internal communication and project management for scheduling, order fulfillment, and issue resolution
  • Contract and Purchase Order management
  • MRO business analysis and reporting
  • Estimate at Completion (EAC) management, forecasting, and estimating
  • Export control for international business.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $40.00/hr. to $50.00/hr.

Hours: 9/80.1st Shift

Length: Contract to Direct. (12 Months)

Job Requirements

 
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Minimum of 4 years experience with ERP business systems
  • Minimum of 4 years experience with the Microsoft Suite of applications.

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Masters' Degree
  • Experience with data mining, applied analytics, and forecasting tools such as CRM, Tableau or Power BI, and others
  • Experience with continuous improvement, process waste elimination, and lean six sigma terminology and concepts.
  • DOD experience
  • Broad knowledge of customer service, order management, and project management in a defense contractor environment
  • Results driven, solution oriented, with growth mindset and characteristics
  • Self-motivated, analytical, and strong data analysis capabilities
  • Very detail-oriented while working multiple programs and issues daily
  • Demonstrated success working in a team environment
  • Written and oral communications
  • Intermediate expertise with MS Excel functionality, including VLOOKUP, formulas, macro enabled workbooks, and more
  • Familiarity with defense contracts, statements of work, and common terms
