Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work on-site with our client in Manassas, VA. Interested?

 

Here's what you'd do:

  • Read and understand blueprints, work instructions, and technical specifications.
  • Use essential hand tools such as screwdrivers, torque wrenches, etc.

 

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 Hourly OT40.

Hours: 4/10-1st Shift.

Length: Temp (12 Months).

Job Requirements

 
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in the General Assembly.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience with essential hand tools such as screwdrivers, torque wrenches, etc.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in Cabling.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in Mechanical Assembly.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in Blueprint Reading

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Cable Routing or Cable Management Experience.
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints, work instructions, and technical specifications.
  • Disciplined, quality-focused, schedule-driven, and focused on fulfilling customer expectations.
  • Buy into 6S (sort, straighten, shine, standardize, safety, sustain) and other operations excellence initiatives.
  • Consistent and reliable.
  • Able to communicate effectively (written and verbal).
  • Functional knowledge of tooling.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Interpersonal Skills.
  • Oral and Written Communication Skills.
  • Problem-Solving Capability.
  • Basic Computer Skills.

Additional Information:

  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
  • Able to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.).
