Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work on-site with our customers in Chatsworth, CA.

 

Here's what you'd do: 

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

This individual will support purchasing materials, equipment, supplies, and services necessary to support the company's strategic plan. The continuous and intermittent functions that are conducted relate strongly to the specialties of the unit, and this individual must be familiar with administrative conventions and practices for the things. Tasks may involve complex documents, spreadsheets, reports, and presentations and completing specialty-specific templates and forms.  Principals provide most substance for such materials, but the incumbent will be required to compose relatively common and straightforward correspondence items and to insert standardized elements into specified formats. Provide effective, timely, and consistently upgraded and improving office services support as directed for assigned unit(s). Maintain established work processes and workflow for the office as required by the team's specialties. Provide efficient and proficient basic service for principals within the unit(s) procedures. Provide efficient and experienced backup service for another unit (s) or principals as assigned. Provide courteous and effective contact communications for the team (s) and principals. Meet work deadlines within priorities, with minimal issues for principals or superiors. As office equipment technology and software evolve, the incumbent is expected to remain proficient with advances up to the level of service described for this position.


Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $26.00/Hr    

Hours: 40 hours/week (1st Shift).

Length: Temporary (6 Months).

Job Requirements

 
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • Associate Degree.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in SAP.

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Basic office skills.
  • Ability to speak to T codes.
  • A wide range of automated office and information technology-based equipment is needed.
  • Interpersonal relations.

Additional Information:

  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
