Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work on-site with our customer in Colorado Springs, CO. Interested?  

 
Here's what you'd do: 

  • Demonstrates professional desktop support history with a variety of platforms/systems/applications and tools. Desktop expertise with all aspects of computer functionality, system operation, and infrastructure  

  • Operating system expertise: Windows, Unix/Linux, and Apple 

  • Network protocol 

  • Perform a variety of duties in support of end users for IT hardware and/or software.  

  • Set up and configure PC's  

  • Image loading protocol 

  • LAN/NETWORK connectivity, and basic network connectivity assessment for troubleshooting or setups 

  • Strong ICMS (Install, configuration, move, surplus), and network experience 

  • Evaluates and tests software programs to verify functionality according to specifications and standards  

  • Demonstrates excellent customer service 

  • Extensive Job related MS Office suite and outlook usage

Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work on-site of our customers in an end user support capacity providing exceptional customer service. Our Senior Engineers will perform a variety of duties in support of end users for IT hardware and/or software. Using knowledge in all aspects of computer design, functionality, system operation, and infrastructure.
 
Job Requirements
 

Here's what requirements you'll need: 

  • High School Diploma  

  • 5 years of experience with technical experience consisting of hardware repair  

  • 5 years of experience with technical experience consisting of operation systems such as Windows, Unix/Linux, and Apple 

  •

  • Willing to go the extra mile and can work independently and in a team environment. 

 

Additional Information:  

  • Clean driving record as an MVR might be ran. Please note, you must be comfortable potentially driving company vehicles/cars from site to site.  

  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen. 

  • Possible lifting may be required up to 50 lbs.   

  • Successful candidate must be able to obtain and maintain security clearance.
