Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work on-site with our client in Oldsmar, FL. Interested?

 

Here's what you'd do:

  • Performs various tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations on electronic or mechanical assemblies.
  • Use a microscope to verify correct SMT part placement and orientation, manually align parts before soldering, and perform post-re-flow inspection and touch-up.

 

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $28.00/Hour

Hours: 4/10-2nd Shift

Length: Temp (12 Months).

Job Requirements
 
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in IPC-A-610 and IPC-J-STD. 
  • Minimum of 6 years experience in soldering 

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Certified to IPC-610 and IPC J-STD-001.
  • Able to identify and touch up poor wetted solder joints, solder voids / insufficient solder, solder shorts/ bridges, misaligned parts/leads, tombstoned and billboarded components, and any out-solder defects that may occur during the SMT operation.
  • Able to read instructions and identify standard SMT components.
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to use several Windows-based programs as part of your daily routine.
  • Excellent solder skills.

 

Additional Information:

  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
