Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work on-site with our client in St Petersburg, FL. Interested?


Here's what you'd do:

  • Provides support to clients, their employees, and internal partners.
  • Responsible for setup, ongoing processing, maintenance, and support of client accounts.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients, employees, and field partners via calls, faxes, and emails.
  • Contact current clients/ employees via outbound call/ email campaigns.
  • Processes benefit enrollments for PEO product offerings for clients to ensure timely processing.
  • Researches and resolves primary product and service issues from the field clients and their employees to maintain accurate and timely responses.
  • Documents information in CRM to track issues.
  • Researches and resolves monthly audits to correct billing inaccuracies.
  • Guide clients and their employees regarding product offerings, including setting up and using Health & Benefits online, to ensure optimal client retention.
  • Obtains and maintains benefit documentation to ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations and laws.
  • Maintains knowledge of all changes about various product offerings, regulatory changes, policy changes, and industry developments to ensure compliance with departmental processes and company guidelines are met as they relate to PEO research and corrects errors from audit reports and carrier discrepancy files.
  • Interact with Health & Benefit carriers to resolve customer needs.
  • Participates in special projects and training sessions as needed.


Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $20/hr.

Hours: 40 hours/week.

  • Multiple Shifts Available: 8 AM -5 PM, 9 AM - 6 PM, 10 AM -7 PM, 11 AM - 8 PM shifts available

Length: Temp (3 Months).

Job Requirements

Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Basic understanding of HRIS Payroll and Windows.
