Acara Solutions is in search of a Senior Audience Manager to join our client, a Fortune 500 Bank!


We are seeking qualified candidates with:


  • A digital marketing background in audience management & orchestration 
  • Experience with customer/user segmentation, first and third-party data


Here's what you'll do:

  • Serves as the lead practitioner curating, refining & developing audiences for stakeholder teams across the enterprise, serving as an evangelist for audience-led user experience delivery.
  • The Audience Manager is a hands-on user of platforms use to build, manage and activate audiences, and serves as an SME to stakeholder teams, guiding & enabling their programs.
  • Serve as audience developer within a product team, working with CX, technology, channel and business teams to activate audiences & experiences.
  • Rationalize stakeholder audience/journey requests to distill into discrete definitions or requirements for building an audience.
  • Guide and facilitate audience-based programs & activations with stakeholder teams to build toward scalable, omni-channel capable and persistent audiences & experiences by illustrating the 'art of the possible' achieved through audience led programs.
  • Participate in all team activities and ceremonies.
  • Use a matrixed influencing approach to work with essential business partners throughout the organization, often at a more senior level and irrespective of hierarchy or divisions, advocating for the benefit of the customer.
  • Understand and engage with your customers.
  • Focus on outcomes over outputs, incorporating design thinking methods and analytics to inform product design. Due to the scope of these product(s), these efforts are often more complex.
  • Collaborate across teams and with other developers/analysts to align the customer journey and dependent backlogs.


Type: Contract to Direct 

Pay: Up to $90/hr. **Depending on experience 

Schedule: M-F 1st shift **100% Remote

Job Requirements


Required Skills / Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing.
  • Minimum 9 years' digital marketing experience with a focus in audience management & orchestration.


Preferred Skills / Qualifications:


  • Prior experience with customer/user segmentation, first and third-party data. 
  • Skills in CDP, Alteryx, SaaS data management, SFMC, Marketo, Eloqua, ABM, and Demandbase.
