Acara Solutions is seeking a Part Time Office Administrator for our client in Wilmington, MA


We are seeking qualified candidates with:


  • An administrative background within a professionally managed business 
  • Prior operations, customer service, or purchasing/buying experience 
  • Strong detail-orientation and organizational skills 


Here's what you'll do:

  • Coordinates day-to-day front office operations, which include: reception, phones, mail, administrative support, shipping and receiving, projects, photocopying/fax services, meeting coordination, etc.
  • Ensures quality customer service to clients, visitors and staff.
  • Provides administrative support including but not limited to: Preparing reports, coordinating meetings, making visitor arrangements, filing, etc.
  • Office administration:
    • Provides administrative support when necessary relative to the shipping and receiving of packages, letters, etc.
    • Works with the design and development team on various office tasks. This may include, but is not limited to: special customer lunches, conference room set up requests, mailings, special projects, etc.
    • Assists with the procurement of general office equipment and break room supplies.
    • Schedule office equipment maintenance 
    • Provides building support
    • Environment Health and Safety contact for the site
    • Manages the 5S program
  • Participates in various teams, projects or company meetings.
  • Complies with all work rules including those pertaining to safety, health, quality, and the Quality Management System.

Type: Contract (2-4 months minimum) 

Pay: Up to $30/hr. **Depending on experience 

Schedule: M-F 4 hours per day/20 hours per week **Fully Onsite

Job Requirements


Required Skills / Qualifications:


  • High School Diploma.
  • Minimum 3 years' administrative experience working within a professionally managed business. 
  • Minimum 3 years' experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook. 


Preferred Skills / Qualifications:


  • Operations, customer service, or purchasing/buying experience preferred. 
  • Ability to communicate effectively; demonstrated success with verbal and written business communications. 
  • Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and changing priorities.
