Description

Looking for a Technical Product Owner to play a crucial role in streamlining our loan management system development processes. The ideal candidate possesses a drive to learn and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and responsive solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Principal Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements.
  • Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria to ensure clear communication of requirements to the development team.
  • Develop and maintain a well-defined and comprehensive product backlog.
  • Prioritize backlog items based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and quality assurance personnel to deliver high-quality products.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the development team, answering questions and providing clarity on backlog items.
  • Lead sprint planning sessions, ensuring the team understands the scope and objectives of each sprint.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with product development and delivery.
  • Monitor and report on product performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.

Target Salary range - $ 90-115k
 
Job Requirements

 
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 
  • 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience with product management tools such as Jira or Trello.
