Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work Hybrid with our client in Alpharetta, GA. Interested?

 

 

Here's what you'd do:

  • International Logistics Coordinator- primary responsibility is Filing export reports
  •  Filer will be receiving tickets from business and filing exports with Automated Export System (AES) with Census Bureau in a compliant way
  • Export filing working at a corporate desk.
  • Freight and logistics at the corporate desk
  • International Logistics Electronic Export Information Filer - primary responsibility is Electronic Export Information (EEI) working at a corporate desk.
  • We will receive tickets from businesses and file exports compliantly with AES and the Census Bureau.
  • Develops, implements, and enforces guidelines, solutions, and plans to optimize processes in responsibility.
  • Issues Electronic Export Information (EEI)_AES Filing and ensures accurate and consistent distribution of relevant information throughout the internal organization.
  • Collaborates with the team and management regarding export documentation or procedure issues.
  • Monitors and ensures corrective actions derived from external and internal reviews and audits.
  • Carries out training and reviews to guarantee adherence to EEI AES filing regulations.
  • Enables consulting for other organizational units as well as Best Practice Sharing.
  • It needs professional technological, economic, or scientific know-how, methods, tools, and principles and applies to differing and variable situations.
  • Needs to solve assigned, non-routine tasks, contribute to projects or assignments or support developing guidelines, methods, tools, or business processes.
  • These positions are expected to contribute to and deliver business processes or detailed technology solutions in a self-managed and target-oriented manner, thus contributing to team results.
  • From first principles, Positions focus on analyzing, developing, testing, or implementing processes, technologies, and systems in their specific field of expertise.
  • Targets are short to medium-term (best to be characterized as milestones), and achievements are monitored.
  • They may provide functional advice to and integrate the services of operational staff or semi-professional colleagues.
  • Develop basic business understanding.
  • Contributes to team effort and awareness of expected value added.
  • May improve processes, business methods, or technical components

 

 

Here's what you'll get:

  • Pay $31.59/Hr.
  • Hours: 8/40 HRs/Wk 1stShift.
    • Hybrid option available after fully trained
  • Length: Temp (4 Months).

Job Requirements

 
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in the filing of exporting of goods
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a corporate international freight and logistics support position
  • Minimum of 2 years experience Electronic Export Information (EEI)_AES Filing
