Required Skills / Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required.
* 3+ years of customer service experience or call center experience.
* Must be available to work three (3) evening shifts until 8:00pm and/or 9:00pm.
* Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to high performance standards.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- Salesforce experience
- Medical/Pharmaceutical knowledge
