Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work on-site with our customer in Salt Lake City, UT.

 

Here's what you'd do: 

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

They have the primary responsibility of assembling products per work instructions. This is an entry-level position, with training and support provided to ensure the successful assembly of the product. Read work instructions and verify work instructions match the assignment.  Learn new work instructions as needed. Collect needed materials from bins. Set up workstations per work instructions. Assemble parts and inspect your work as instructed. Complete training promptly. Assist other manufacturing staff with their duties as requested. Assist with other projects as requested by a member of management. Perform equipment maintenance and calibration as needed in work instructions. Verify work instructions match the assignment.


Here's what you'll get:

  • Pay Rate: $18.00/hr
  • Hours: This is a 9/80 schedule.  Candidates will have ever other Friday off.  The candidate will work 36 hours one week and 44 hours the next. 6am-3:30pm. 
  • Length: Temp (12 Months).

Job Requirements

 
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 1-year experience in Manufacturing.

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Ability to read and understand Device/Work instructions.
  • Ability to understand verbal work instructions.
  • Able to succeed in a highly regulated compliance-oriented environment while providing service excellence.
  • Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10s and 100s.
  • Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurements, volume, and distance.
  • Ability to carry out tasks through detailed written or oral instructions; basic computer skills.
  • IPC soldering certification
  • Soldering skills
  • Ability to read/write/communicate in English language
