Acara Solutions is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Machine Mechanic to join an USA-based rubber molding manufacturer. This role is Direct Hire + Permanent, Pay Range $21 - 23 - 25/HR (DOE), Days Shift. Will troubleshoot and repair molding equipment, preventative maintenance, and perform quality checks.

Schedule: 7am - 3pm/EST / Mon - Fri
Schedule: 7am - 3pm/EST / Mon - Fri
Work Status: Direct Hire / Full Time / Permanent

- Manufacture quality products per customer orders
- Troubleshoot and repair rubber molding presses
- Diagnose issues and fix secondary finishing equipment
- Provide preventive maintenance tasks
- Support various capital improvement projects
Job Requirements
Education, Work Skills and Qualifications:
- 1 - 2 years of Manufacturing or Industrial experience
- Strong work ethic and team-player attitude
- Must be reliable and punctual
