Here's what you'd do:
- Configure and manage servers of different operation systems, such as Windows or Linux, including installing, fixing issues, and upgrading while implementing enhancements to improve performance and reliability.
- Monitor server daily and troubleshoot issues at both server and PC levels.
- Manage backup and recovery of server data.
- Develop and maintain documentation for server systems and processes.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of server systems with other systems and applications.
- Implements warehouse efficiencies and cost reduction programs to assist the company in making better merchandise flow decisions.
- Conducts thorough analysis of critical areas causing product and delivery issues.
- Builds and maintains a positive work environment supported by open feedback and two-way communication at all levels.
- Responsible for maintaining a positive work environment while supporting the company's culture.
- Responsible for fostering a healthy and safe work environment, focusing on the well-being of all associates.
- Maintains and strengthens internal, external customer, and supplier relationships.
- Communicates and works well with all business partners.
- Ensures inventory management and merchandise allocation flow products through the warehouse are cost-efficient and productive.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science.
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a server engineer.
- Minimum of 3 years experience with Microsoft Windows Server and Linux/Unix-based server systems.
- Minimum of 3 years experience with virtualization technologies such as VMWare or Hyper-V.
- Experience as a database administrator.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Effectively communicates concepts with various levels of the organization.
- Fluent in English.
Additional Information:
- Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.

- Able to tolerate moderate to high noise levels in a warehouse environment.
- The office and outside environmental conditions in the warehouse are hot in the summer and cold in the winter.
- Individuals may need to walk for an extensive period while working and walking the facilities; reach over-shoulder heights; bend or stoop below the waist; repetitive wrist, hand, or finger movement; occasionally lifting to 30 pounds.
