Acara Solutions seeks an Assembler to work on-site with our client in Londonderry, NH. Interested?
Here's what you'd do:
- Responsible for performing various mechanical assembly operations, including skilled handwork or utilizing automated production equipment.
- Use of epoxies.
- Comprehends and interprets various technical specifications, terms, and documents.
- Determines or follows methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, Bonding application, and Torque assembly tools working on small parts.
- Makes setups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications.
- Entry-level support individual contributor.
- Work is closely supervised.
- Work consists of routine tasks.
- Explains facts and practices related to the job area.
- Works with close supervision on routine tasks.
- Detailed instructions are provided, and close peer review is necessary.
- Communicates with contacts typically within the team on matters that involve obtaining or providing information needing explanation or interpretation to understand and reach an agreement.
- Work is structured within identified boundaries and procedures.
- Follows established processes to complete tasks.
- Escalates issues to supervisor for resolution.
- Works to achieve operational targets within the job area, which has minimal impact on the overall achievement of results for the team.
- Work is of limited scope, typically on more minor, routine task-related activities.

Hours: 4/10s - 2nd Shift.
Length: Temp to Perm (12 Months).

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 2 years experience assembling smaller parts.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- Crafting-type experience or minor assembly
- Building models and legos, making jewelry.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions ? On a screen/monitor.
- Log in and type in notations of any product issue in the computer system.
- Good communication skills.
- Problem-Solving.
- Teamwork.
- Good Attention to detail.
- Able to work with small parts.
Additional Information:
- Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
