Description

Acara Solutions is seeking a Payroll Specialist for our client in Williamsville, NY!

 

We are seeking qualified candidates with:

 

  • Experience processing biweekly payrolls 
  • Working knowledge of ADP Workforce Now 

 

Here's what you'll do:


  • Review timesheets for accuracy and following up as needed with internal teams and leaders.
  • Process biweekly payrolls in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Complete onboarding of new hires into payroll systems.
  • Works closely with other payroll team members.


Type: Direct Placement 

Salary: Up to $60K/yr. **Depending on experience 

Schedule: M-F 8:00AM-5:00PM **M-Th Onsite, WFH on Fridays

Job Requirements
 

Required Skills / Qualifications:

 

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience processing biweekly payrolls.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience with ADP Workforce Now.

 

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree. 
  • Knowledge of FLSA and other federal, state, and local employment laws. 
  • Multistate payroll experience. 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills. 
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite. 
  • Excellent customer service abilities. 
  • Proven capacity for attention to detail and accuracy of work product.
