Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work on-site with our customer in Grand Prairie, TX. Interested?
Here's what you'd do:
Perform a variety of duties in support of end users for IT hardware and/or software.
Basic technical certification, hardware repair, component level knowledge, operation systems (Windows, Unix/Linux, and application knowledge, troubleshooting techniques
Install and configure network devices (i.e. network printers, scanners, plotters, PCs, etc.). Troubleshoot problems with network printing and scanning devices. Perform data termination/ activation in telecommunication closets aka network connect (activation of data drops).
Assist in the relocation of customer employees on the facility (move PCs and activate data drops in new location). Troubleshoot network issues with PCs and LAN (duplex mismatches, duplicate IPs, corrupt firewall software, proxy configuration issues, etc.)
Demonstrate excellent customer service
Set up and configure PC's

Pay: $19.35/hour
Hours: 4x10

Here's what requirements you'll need:
High School Diploma
2 years of experience with technical experience consisting of hardware repair
2 years of experience with technical experience consisting of operation systems such as Windows, Unix/Linux, and Apple
2 years of experience with deliveries, terminations and setups
