Description
Acara Solutions is seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and organized work environment while efficiently handling and preparing products for shipment. This is an IMMEDIATE OPENING at our NEW client site in West Seneca, NY. Our client manufactures custom soft and hard cover truck bed covers as well as the next generation of Solar vehicle bed covers which can power and/or charge your most critical devices.

Here's what you'll do:
- Perform two-man lifts for items over 50 lbs.
- Operate pallet jacks to move and position products.
- Use banding tools to securely fasten products to pallets.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Follow all safety protocols – no ladder work required.
Here's what you'll get:
Wage: $18/hr. $20/hr. and vacation, benefits after being converted to Direct Staff
Hours: Monday - Friday: 1st shift only, 7am-3:30pm.
Length: This role is Temp to Hire and at our NEW location!

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
1) High School Diploma or GED
2) Recent related work experience
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
1) Experience using pallet jacks and banding tools preferred.
2) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
