Acara Solutions is seeking an Accounting Associate – Travel for our client in Simi Valley, CA!

 

We are seeking qualified candidates with:

 

  • Accounting experience, preferably with a manufacturing organization 
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Excellent communication skills 

 

Here's what you'll do:

 

  • Serve as a primary contact for all travel-related inquiries and issues. 
  • Ensure travel itineraries and expenses align with the company's travel polices and The US General Services Administration established per diem reimbursement rates. 
  • Assist in the accounts payable area and perform other job duties as assigned. 

 

Position Type: Contract (6 months)

Pay: Up to $35/hr. **Depending on experience  

Schedule: M-F 9/80 schedule – off every other Friday **100% Onsite

Job Requirements
 

Required Skills / Qualifications:

 

  • Associate's Degree in Accounting. 
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in accounting. 
  • Minimum 3 years' experience using Microsoft Office. 

Preferred Skills / Qualifications: 

  • Experience with a manufacturing company. 
  • Experience with Cost Point or any ERP software.
