Job Description: HR Project Administrator


Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR/Business Project Administrator to support the rollout and execution of a key employee retention enhancement program. This role requires strong communication skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a collaborative mindset to liaise effectively with various departments and assist in implementing impactful change initiatives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the implementation and coordination of the employee retention enhancement program.
  • Liaise with multiple departments to ensure key project deliverables are achieved on time.
  • Present project content, updates, and deliverables to department heads and other stakeholders.
  • Communicate leadership team research and findings to relevant parties.
  • Support change management initiatives, including assisting with implementing organizational changes.
 
Job Requirements

 

Qualifications:

  • Educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Project Management/Coordinating.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role (e.g., HR Admin, Business Admin, or Maintenance Admin) is considered an asset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present content clearly.
  • Excellent organizational and task management abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to dynamic project needs.
