Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales or customer support role
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel).
- Accurate data entry and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High school-level math skills.
- Ability to problem-solve and think critically to resolve issues.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience providing sales/administrative support for a manufacturing company
- Familiarity with basic accounting or invoicing processes.
- Experience working with web-based communication tools and customer portals.
