Required Skills / Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 10 years of USN fleet operations experience
- Minimum 5 years of experiment/exercise scenario/mission thread development and MSEL writing experience
- Minimum 5 years of naval operational experience with regards to how Master Scenario Events Lists (MSELs) and scenarios/mission threads support the following areas: Operations, Plans, Command and Control (C2) Command Authorities, Fires, and Integrated Air and Missile Defense/Ballistic Missile Defense.
- Minimum 5 years of performance-based Operational-level experiment/exercise experience, which includes the full spectrum of maritime operations support tasks needed in the conduct of simulated and real-world events (local, remote, distributed, live, virtual, and constructive; friendly, neutral, and threat maritime forces).
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- Master's Degree
- Former Navy Warfare Development Command (NWDC) N8 Fleet Experimentation (FLEX) staff officer
- Recent experience in theater-based joint and naval future force experiments/exercises, live/virtual wargaming, and exercise/event planning.
- Former Theater Maritime Operations Center (MOC) staff officer and USN Surface Warfare Officer (SWO).
